Historic Santa Rosa Landing                      Connecting the Past to the Future

There is a unique opportunity to create a new public park and boat access to Choctawhatchee Bay at the site of Old Town Santa Rosa off 13th Street in South Walton.

Help us preserve this historic site for future generations to come!

Location & Plans

The historic hotel and landing site of Old Town of Santa Rosa is located off of Highway 393 and 13th Street in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

History

In the early 1900s, Santa Rosa Plantation was a bustling community with 13th Street acting as the major thoroughfare. Steamboats, schooners and rough wagon paths connected the town to the outside world.
